Broke our bed..damaged our new hard wood floors and chipped all our new paint job in our new house. Awful awful awful. Spoke to management that was going to send someone to estimate damages and never got a phone call.. Now they never respond or answer me. Would never reccomend them and thinking about suing.

West island movers completed a move for a tenant of mine almost 3 months ago. The driver of their truck backed his truck into the entrance of my building and ran into the building itself (into the roof of the building, causing damage to the roof, the gutters, soffits and more). I have contacted them at multiple occasions since, and although they acknowledge being at fault, have yet to try and fix the problem. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown from them.

An unforeseen last-minute emergency forced me to cancel the a job with West Island Movers at the very last minute. I’m deeply sorry for this and I know it must be so frustrating to have to deal with that. I promised to pay the workers for their travel time. (And I already paid a deposit which should be enough to cover it.) Worst moving company I ever had. Found them resting and smoking in the truck while still counting to my hours. At my new place, they didn’t want to unbag the plastic and didn’t throw their garbage. At the end, their attitude were incredible bad. They used the same amount of time (4 1/2 to 4 1/2 Pointe-Claire to Pointe-Claire) as another moving company I had last year from Brossard house to pointe-claire in a same day.

I am amazed that these guys are still in business. They are the worst movers that I have ever dealt with. They are on their phones walking around checking out the building and when you ask them to get back to work, they say that they didn't even have a break yet. Do your research and find a reputable company that will take care of your items and not break them and lose them. Just don't use this company.

I was trying to book them for a date, and asked that the information provided over the phone be emailed to me, however after 3 calls of informing them i have not received the email, i still do not have it in writing and when i call i get another company name for the voicemail.

Worst company ever... told us its gonna take 10 hours to move a 4 1/2 and charge us 1500$ when on the phone they said 5hours max... 3 person came... the first one was texting, second one at the toilet for 15 mins and the third one out side …

Sent less guys than promised. Took too long to move small apartment. My family had to help them move stuff or else they would be still moving out a 4 1/2 after 8 hrs. Not worth the $$

Ask for Saadi, Andrei, and Yassine! We moved an entire household, and the three of them handled it start to finish with zero damage, zero delays, and zero stress on our end. I want their names in this review because the quality of this move was down to them specifically. They worked fast without ever cutting corners. Mattresses went into protective bags on their own initiative. Mirrors and fragile items were wrapped and covered properly. Every piece was loaded with a plan behind it, and everything arrived intact.
