As a long-time customer, Depotium has decided to no longer call their customers to inform them of the delay before the fees are due, simply to charge you the fees.
On September 1, 2016, I went to pay my locker fee and was surprised to see that the rent had been increased without notice. In July, I went to the office to complete the paperwork to get an access code, and there was never any mention of a rent increase. My rent increased starting in January 2016. It went from $79 to $85, and less than a year later, it increased to $92. That's $13 out of $79, or 16.45%, and without any prior notice. I'm currently out of town and have had my mail forwarded.

I wanted to use this company... But I saw the light after my phone bill. Just a one-minute call from my phone to the number on their website cost me $39.99. I wanted to call back the next day to reschedule my appointment. I thought about it a second time before deciding to go ahead and let the company handle it for now.

I've been with them for two years now. My initial contract was $400 per month, and after two years it was $580 per month. The service is excellent, I agree, but when they don't respect their agreements, it's not great. I only recommend them for the service itself.

Extremely overpriced, the most expensive you'll find. The best place: Transport M & M Vinet Inc (warehouse). Serious lack of warmth. The problem is, there's no light in my warehouse. Move to the best place.

Went thru all the hassle of booking and paying for the spot only to have the manager call me and tell me I cannot park in the garage due to a registration issue. I'm more upset that I wasted my time.
