The lady Cindy is rude and hateful, They had an unit available, but she was holding it till the next day where other facilities only hold 1 to 2 hrs max, so went to ask if she could lock in and confirm the people were in fact getting the unit before I had to get the next closest one 20 miles away compared to this facilities 2 miles away she went off about I was told they would call me if the others didn't come, and then said there were 10 others on a wait list before me in the computer, and the person wanting the…

I loved doing business with the couple at the Blackstone site but unfortunately had to move to the Mooney site for a bigger unit. They have raised the price of my unit since I’ve been in it. They don’t work with you at all for payment and even refuse partial payments if you’re late. I called trying to pay $200 towards my acct and they refused my money and said I had to pay in full since it was late.
Unbelievable I got to the storage 14 minutes before 7pm which 7pm is the closing time and I try my pin like 4, 5 times and nothing, I got back to the office and they said to me that the computer Shuts down the gate 10 minutes before in …
Very rude customer service has old and cranky I'll be moving my stuff to another storage so I don't have to deal with him.
