Tow was fine, broke my gear shifter, said they would fix it, havent contacted me back, had to fix it myself, irresponsible handling!
This service was scheduled via caliber collision to pick up my car. Apparently, due to human error, the incorrect address was provided to the company and driver named Chris. The correct address was literally 3 houses down. The driver contacted me directly and asked for the correct address and proceeded to attempt to lecture me about the importance and why it mattered. Nonetheless, the driver (Chris) left us on the side of the road for 1 digit difference error on the address.
When was the service date and what type of vehicle. I’d like to look into this further for you. We always try to remedy any mistakes we make.
This is the tow company that was thru my insurance. I have been waiting for over 2 hours. ETA kept saying "Arriving Soon'. It has been over an hour. When I called. I was told the driver was on lunch. I was able to contact another tow company. I would never recommend this place. Poor customer service and poor communication.

Our company has had to use a towing company a few times now when our big rigs get stuck in the mud or else where and Prime Towing has always had prompt and reliable service. These guys are great, from dispatch to the driver. I would totally recommend this tow company as they have been my go to since 2017 and I've always had wonderful service. Thank you for being so quick to respond when we are in need of your services.

The Visalia tow yard isn't as wheelchair accessible as the one in Tulare. When I mentioned it to the yard attendant I was informed that tow yards have exemptions. I doubt that since I own a business specifically about disability laws. However, they did make a Reasonable Accomodation and worked with me to help me get my vehicle. When asked about the costs, the staff are able to pull up the itemized costs. So that's a plus. At both offices the staff are respectful & helpful.

Wonderful service. Helped me out when I was stuck and took me to where I requested to go. Their response time was quick and they kept in communication with me to let me know how far away they were. They even accommodated for my service animal. Highly recommend for 5 star service.

This business is fast efficient and very friendly! Chris was very patient and kind. He got to my car in 15 minutes! Obviously when having to use a tow you’re not in the best situation so having someone put you at ease is more than you can ask for. Please use them! 5 Stars
