The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 12 | 66.7% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 13 four and five star reviews we have read for Desert Empire Transfer & Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Very polite and fast workers 1hr to unload me and I was gone to my next p.u Nice thing too over night parking.
Jonathon and Pico are very responsive and easy to work with. It's been a pleasure using their logistics and storage services. Thanks!
Needed dreyage from the LA port and it was my first time importing a container of goods. The crew and office staff here helped me navigate everything and had the utmost patience - and I can say for a fact that I was an annoying customer. The fees are excellent. Replies to emails may as well be instant. Pickups are smooth and painless. Honestly, they came through for me when I needed it and continue to have an exceptional level of service. Cannot say enough nice things.
They are ok they don't wanted to release my order because I had an appointment at 3 and I showed up earlier . Not their fault but since there was nobody waiting I think they could of done something for me.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
