WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF! I MOVED ACROSS THE STREET FROM A 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT TO A 2 BEDROOM, AND THESE CON ARTISTS GAVE ME A CONTRACT STATING IT WAS 125 PER HOUR. AVOID at an EXPENSIVE COST, the owner Phill has no idea how to run a business. We hired them two move my in-laws with a total of 8 items ( washer, dryer, Dinning room table, bed, 3 dressers and a small table) that took them approximately 7 hrs to complete. I’m actually writing this post as I had to to stop a fight between two employees at 8pm.
I had contacted them to move me last week. 3 guys showed up. I could smell weed. As they got out and started moving I noticed this guy was wearing sunglasses and was off balance. I asked him to stop moving my stuff. I called the office and was told. Sorry we can't get you another mover. Can you discount me because I only have 2 guys. She said no. This guy smart mouthed and said I'm on the clock. I said then move. He sat there. They allowed an employee on weed and never apologized.
If I could provide a negative rating, I would. Estimate nearly tripled from what I was told on the phone. Absolute worst moving experience of my life!! They insisted for me to “pay now” for a deal. FAKE! There was no deal. Anyone urging for a payment when your asking for a quote, is a crook! Then they didn’t even include everything I asked for. All I needed was transparency, all they needed was a non-refundable fee of $3500. Open to build a class action suit against these thieves. Contact me!

Just a heads up, they charge a minimum of 4 hours and you must put down a deposit of $105. They charge $105 per hour for two men and a truck. They charge for double drive time, and if you stop to pick up something at a second location, they charge a minimum of 15 minutes of double drive time each way. I used Discount Movers (DMI Relocation) for a cross-country move from CA to SC. I could not have been more pleased with them. Phil, the owner, coordinated a great crew on the CA end for both packing and loading days - they arrived early and were hard workers, courteous, extremely helpful with any request and got the jobs done as fast as possible. They were polite and efficient. Phil, himself, was onsite and worked just as hard as his crew on my packing day and loading day. The cross country driver was fantastic.

DMI helped us move our 3000 sq ft house from Southern California to Boulder. Phil was great from the outset - very good with communication and explanation - this continued all the way through to unloading of our stuff. Even coming back to use when he found something in the bottom of an 'empty' box that was going to be trashed. we had a lot of items that we weren't sure we were taking and Phil was working with us up to loading on additions and changes to the load.
