I recently had a great experience at East Bay Furniture & Appliance. The customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in — the staff was very attentive, helpful, and never pushy. They took the time to answer questions and made the whole shopping experience feel comfortable and easy. What really stood out was their wide selection of furniture and home items.
I loved everything about this place. it is very well organized, nice and clean with a big selection of great quality and affordable furniture and appliances. Most importantly , the owners and staff were very friendly and professional and their service was very efficient. I recommend visiting this place for all your furniture and appliance needs.
Sherri was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was very patient with us. This store has amazing prices for good quality and recognizable brands. Definitely will tell my family about this place and come back for more! Got this Couch for a price that beats the actual retailer!
