After dealing with this company and reading review’s I’ve concluded they coerce people into leaving good reviews. They even asked to leave it themselves. I received a refrigerator that had damages. The owner at the location refused to exchange the item. There polices even states that if item comes damage they will replace or repair. Now when I was in the store I saw the damaged refrigerator, why would I selected a damaged refrigerator ? The owner asked did I inspect the refrigerator before purchase ? Yes!!
I called over the phone to ask a few questions before I came in and as I was talking he cut me off and said “your aren’t gonna qualify and hung up”. I went in to ask to speak to a manager and he told me “why did you come then? I’m just going to call the police on you.” Then he refused me the managers information and called the police. I had my 7yr old daughter with me and I was super polite even as he was being rude. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!
Bought a chaise from you. Purchased the insurance you sold. A spring popped out the bottom and cut the bottom of the trundle fabric. So I filed a claim with the insurance company. They were taking forever. I looked into the emails and saw that they stated that Good Deals (you) never replied back. So I called your store and was told that your server went out and ALL customer information was lost. You gave me a similar SKU for me to submit and basically wished me good luck.
The delivery was simple and fast the guy Leo was nice, But I would never ever ever order anything else from the store in my life. I don’t have a custom order. I have a online order which I made in store. I was told 4 to 6 weeks max and was planning a housewarming Fourth of July party six weeks would have been exactly the Fourth of July I called at 4 1/2 weeks to get a better ETA.

Walked in planning to just look around and walked out having rearranged my whole living room in my head. The place has a little bit of everything, which is dangerous in the best way. The folks working there left me alone long enough to browse but were right there when I had questions, which is exactly my speed. Everything felt solid and well-put-together, and the prices seemed fair for what you're getting. Left with that "I made a good decision" feeling, which doesn't happen every day.
A very good place to buy your furniture and appliances. Alex at this store is very helpful and super knowledgeable about all the stuff. Strongly recommend to check this place before you go to some other place
