I called this company to get a quote on moving and I asked if they moved locally they quickly said they couldn’t help me and just hung up in my face! I thought that was very rude! The person didn’t know if I had more questions or if they could refer me to another company! I don’t think they are professional at all!!
I rarely leave a negative comments, but leadership needs to address the luck of professionalism among their brokers. Basic communication and customer service training are urgently needed here.

Guy answer the phone, Ask me if I got an out-of-state move. I tell him no I don't, he just hangs up on me... Horrible customer service!

When I recently moved my small office in the Bay Area, I had absolutely no idea how smooth the process would be with Priority One Logistics. They were on time, very efficient and handled our furniture and sensitive equipment with great care. A MUST HAVE when moving an office!
I really enjoyed the organization of the project before moving day came. All considerations had been taken beforehand, so the move went smoothly. The whole crew was on task and very professional. It truly was an awesome experience from beginning to end.
We engaged movers on an hourly basis for moving heavy things within our building. The crew assisted in the transfer of furniture, boxes and equipment from floor to floor. They were quick and careful, and the pricing was unambiguous for the time spent.
We moved out of state, and it was done better than I thought. The team explained the schedule, properly packed all the items, and kept us informed throughout the move. We brought our belongings, and they were in good shape when we arrived.
