The rating breakdown
2 of the 44 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Encore Piano Moving are one or two star.
Worked out from 44 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Encore Piano Movers was very professional and were completely efficient. I bought a Wurlitzer upright piano last week in Downey and they moved it to my apartment in the Baldwin Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. James and Beto assessed what would be needed and had the right equipment for the job. Luckily, it was not necessary to put the piano on its side to get it around the landing of the first floor, which was 5 steps from ground level.
What a super company! VERY well priced, professional, informative, and extremely careful with my Baby. I was dealing with a death in my family and had to have the piano moved from Nor Cal to So Cal. Matt and Edward helped me in Nor Cal and they were wonderful. I don't have names for the delivery, but also wonderful. I am recommending this company to EVERYONE who needs their piano or organ moved. One estimate was $4000 from another company. Ridiculous.
The movers were great! I've moved my piano alone before, and it's hard work! The movers were VERY communicative and kept me in the loop as to where they were and when they were going to show up. The movers were nice and professional. I have another piano I need moved, I'll be sure to call them.
Piano movers. Extremely professional and on time. Great pricing. Would recommend!
