Unfortunately the worst moving company we’ve had in over 18 years of moving. After moving six times we have never experienced such a terrible experience. The packing dates were changed, and even giving them the opportunity they never finished the job properly. They took more breaks than what they worked. I personally had to pack and bring stuff to them to expedite the process. On a packing date they showed up to our door just to tell us they felt sick if they could come back the next day.
If you would like everything destroyed, this is the company you should use. They even bent metal on a rowing machine and weight bench. Would NOT recommend!! They promised to handle everything with care and talked to me about Jesus. It seems …
Ms. Johnson, we are so sorry you feel your move was horrible. Of course that was not our intention. Enterprise Van Lines has been packing and moving military families from West Point as well as other bases for over 45 years. We very rarely have a negative experience.
It was my worst experience with a company to deal. They left some of my things I was moving from the movers said they left their hand truck and my things behind. They went and picked up their hand and left my things when I tried to call them I was blocked.

Moving can be very stressful!! From the beginning Freddy and Aldo were very professional in the planning of the move, and friendly. The movers were on time, polite, hardworking, and handled our belongings with care(even though they had 27 stairs to go up and down) We thank all of you for making our move easier, and highly recommend Enterprise Van Line.
Great move. Called Fred for an emergency move and he came through amazingly. Movers were on time, friendly, careful, and thorough. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for so long. Highly recommend Enterprise Van Lines.
From start to finish each aspect of my move was done with care, courtesy and fair pricing. To my surprise, after the original estimate the final bill was lower than originally quoted. Truly a five star experience.
I have used Enterprise Van Lines many times for over six moves and have always been extremely happy with their service. My last move couldn't have gone any smoother. The movers showed up right on time and all were very professional and courteous. They moved all my belongings without incident. They even went out of their way to handle some very special items I had that I was concerned about. I couldn't have been more satisfied with them. Aldo's estimate was right on with the final bill.
