In their own words
the absolute worst moving co i have ever had. They held all my furniture hostage, until i would pay them in cash, up front, an extra $4000 in 'special handling', for insurance coverage, in addition to the insurance i already had. When i made a stink - you guessed it, they threw my stuff on the ground, etc.. and broke so many things. !!! It broke my heart. Then when i filed an insurance claim, they countered with saying all my stuff was ALREADY MESSED UP AND BROKEN!! Can you believe it?
We recently moved from California to North Carolina and had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. They completely misunderstood our packaging requirements, and the delivery driver took 10 days to deliver our belongings. When they finally arrived, they unloaded between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM in the rain, leaving a huge mess in my house. To make matters worse, they didn’t assemble items they were supposed to, leaving packages and unassembled furniture scattered downstairs.
Do not use this company. We paid a premium price compared to other movers and bought full insurance. In the move, they lost three boxes and broke the glass on our washing machine. They refused all claims on lost items, said no one had our boxes. We also received an extra item not ours and they never came to get itWe still have it. There was also had a $500 deductible on the washing machine. Nice people but don’t spend the money. Horrible customer experience
You damaged a lot of my furniture. Some examples of just our dining chairs in the photos, we have many more photos. Your team took time wrapping pens and coasters in 7 layers of paper to but then moved furniture unwrapped and exposed. You jammed our stuff into many trucks, ruining expensive furniture and yet we paid your company a LOT of money. We didn’t push down your price because you sold us quality..

I have used EMS multiple different times, and honestly cannot recommend their services enough! From Justin in the office, being beyond helpful and his team who comes out to the house. I have had the privilege of having Fernando & his crew move me a few times, and they really are the best. Every employee I have came across is beyond kind and courteous. They take such good care In packing everything as well as protecting all the furniture. Not too add how fast they are. As soon as they arrive they don’t stop!

Executive Moving Systems worked out very well for us. The estimate was right on. On moving day, the guys were great. They were done in a few hours. The delivery day estimate and actual delivery was perfect. Unloading went well. We found a handful of boxes in the wrong rooms but overall, it went well. I hired Executive Moving to move the contents of my home from Palm Springs to Newport. The initial quote (time and number of vaults required for storage) was spot on! The movers were on time, incredibly hard working and professional. I was incredibly impressed and will absolutely use their services in the future!!
