In their own words
Horrible experience. Things went missing then when I told the owner about it he screamed at me saying it was my fault. Shoddy and untrustworthy. Threw all my expensive horse show coats and other clothes all over the floor. Just didn’t bother taking everything with. Missing so many things and other things broken. If for no other reason to avoid this service, avoid it because the owner is a condescending JERK. Can’t even admit when he’s wrong. STEER CLEAR!!
I apologize that you feel this way. When we spoke to you after the completion of the move yesterday, and we asked how our guys did, you said, and I quote, "they're just awesome guys!" That, however; changed when you realized that you … More
We had Expert Movers move us at the end of April. They were on time and worked very fast. We experienced 2 problems with the move. The first was they put 2 boxes on the truck that weren't supposed to be (which I had to unload the storage box myself to locate them after we realized that they were missing) and a coat tree was broken during the move. I called Greg within the hour to notify him of the missing boxes which I did locate after unloading most of the storage box.
They were and hour late showing up to pack they left after a half hour for lunch there were only two guys and only one worked all the time while the owners son set in the truck on the phone and brushing his hair. And to top it off they did …
This company does not know what they are doing....I received a call from Greg a couple of weeks ago selling me his fair moving costs and he would move me from Oracle to Prescott and just added piano moving costs to the estimate of $925. I …
There are several discrepancies with this lead. The original lead stated that the person was moving from Tucson not Oracle. This was keyed in by the customer. Also, there was no mention of stairs until after the price was quoted.
The owner drives like he owns the road not the company. They drive a Tesla and completely cut everyone off. Should really consider driving safe is you’re going to mark your car with your company.
I'm not sure when you saw the car, but he is not even in town right now. I apologize if you feel he cut you off, but that has absolutely nothing to do with my crews moving abilities, and since we didn't move you, this is not a review that should be on our merit as a moving company.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Alberto & his crew showed up 30 min early. They were very professional & very clean. They were respectful to our house. They were very organized & quick. They wrapped everything in blankets & plastic wrap. They showed up at the new house on …
Thanks Eric! We really appreciate your business and the review! Customers like you make our business successful!
I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars, because four seems too low but five implies perfection. Which this was not. My fault too. What I value even more than a company that does everything right, because face it nobody can do everything right all the time, is one that I know will work with me and be reasonable when things go sideways. Greg and Susan, the owners, are decent and honest people who really care about their company and customers.
Update 5/30/24: apparently you can’t leave more than one review. Today was my third time using Expert Movers. Once again, Suzan communicated very clearly, and I knew I could rely on them to be there this morning. CJ and Jamie pulled up and …
Thanks Matt! It makes my job much more pleasant with customers like you! We truly appreciate your business!!
We were very happy with Expert Movers (EM). We have had to make several moves in the last couple years. All of the EM team helped make this move easier. Suzan provided clear information, spent time assessing what we wanted to move and promptly quoted a fair price for an interstate move. She also accommodated our time frames for the move. The guys came on time and didn’t waste a minute loading and unloading.
Thanks Sherrill! You were a pleasure to work with, and I'm so happy we were able to make it as stress free as possible! Enjoy Colorado!
