In their own words
One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Ben, the clown I was working with, estimated my move (a 3 hour drive away) to be one truck, one day, and around $2k-ish. I provided him the size of my house, the number of bedrooms, additional info about the amount of tools and equipment in my garage etc. The day of the move his guys get there and they tell me based on their assessment this move will take 2 trucks, 2 days, and at least $5k.

I had a $750 set of adjustable dumbbells that are now non-functional after the move. Insurance was quoted as $0.60/lb, which I took to mean for the entire truck load, however when filing a claim I was told it’s only for each broken item so I would only be reimbursed $96 for the set. This is completely outrageous and unacceptable because it doesn’t even begin to cover the cost of broken items. I should have asked for clarification on the insurance but $0.60/lb for ~2000lbs seemed reasonable so I didn’t question it.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Waited with no response text or consideration for my move. Called the owner stated that I had the wrong number even though we were texting from his business number. Canceled the whole process because he said I should learn how to act. Don’t trust this person absolutely very unprofessional.

Waiting to move with this company in Aug. 2026. Call and asked if I was required to stay while movers are loading. I’m disabled and have 2 dogs. The move will take approximately 2 hours. So, I asked it I be here give them access and go to the destination point. They said no. I asked to cancel and get my deposit refunded. Which mind you I made the reservation this morning and called them the same day at 2 in the afternoon. They said the do not refund and they would cancel and keep the 150 dollars.
That was miscommunication as already explained to you but again, the move hasn’t even happened yet so we will meet on your moving day to change your perspective
Horrible packing and moving services. Over priced! You must watch them pack your belongings like a hawk because they will pack your fragile items without care. The charges that were agreed on were not met at the end. They will nickel and dime you. Buyer beware.

The minimum charge was for 2 hours plus travel time and fuel and it was explained to you when you , changing the script and asking to just help with the couch wont change the minimum cost to $50 like you suggested cause it’s disrespectful and not going to cover the cost of sending the guys your way…

Stephen and Anthony were kind sweet patient and on time. My elderly parents were there. They showed nothing but respect and listen to all the little gibberish they were saying. Lol. They fulfilled all their promises and went above and beyond to actually take things off the wall that we’re very high up. They handled all my items with care and dignity.
