The rating breakdown
3 of the 21 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Fast & Professional Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 21 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Downey
10.1 percentage points higher than the middle of the 11 listings in Downey we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
We had scheduled moving services for today and they called and confirmed the night before and gave us a window of the time that they were coming. Once the time came up they never showed up. We called and them and they said they would call us back and completely ghosted us. Now we’re stuck with no movers and absolutely NO communication from them to at least tell us they won’t be able to make it. I have NEVER experienced such an unprofessional company and customer service in my life. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
I called on behalf of my client I work for DHS and was in the office calling at the time. The receptionist stated that she could not hear me. She has a lot of background noise possibly working from home. Once I started to speak loud so she …
This company is very unprofessional they will confirm with you then when you call back to make sure they are coming they never answer do not use this company its a lady working off her cell phone from home they are not professional!!!!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I have used this service several times because they are very punctual, efficient and professional. They work very carefully when packing and when loading and unloading things, they are very kind and fast. I recommend this service 100%
Fast and professional movers was incredible! My husband and I booked moving last week and we even received an email with all the information. The day of the moving they showed up a ew minutes before the scheduled time and were super efficient. I can't believe they packed up our 2 bedroom in less than 3 hours. Plus, the total was less than what I budgeted for. They are totally professional and efficient!
Cris and Felix were great moving companies . We hired them to move from our house in Artesia two bedroom two bath house They moved really quick and were very hard workers. They were also pretty careful and when I moved to our new house, they even put on foot covers as requested to avoid the force getting dirty. Would definitely recommend using them again in the future!
My husband d I scheduled our move of our two bedroom apratment between 9-10am. We received a message the day before to reconfirm our move, and they did arrive at 9am on the day (very on time), loaded up our belongings within 2 hours. They were careful and plastic wrapped everything that needed it. Nothing was damaged in the move. I would call them again if I need to.
