We just bought our firs acoustic piano for our son at Faust Harrison Pianos in Fairfield, CT and our experience could not have been better. The store is great, out son was able to sit down and test the pianos and pick the one he felt most comfortable with. The purchasing process, was easy and delivery was fast and on time. I think the biggest asset of the store was Peter Creighton. He explained everything clearly and succinctly which allowed us to pick our piano much easier than we thought.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience purchasing an acoustic upright piano! I'm a classically trained pianist and have played on many grands and uprights, but have never owned my own acoustic piano before. Peter was SO kind, helpful, and answered all our questions! He was such a pleasure to work with, and helped us throughout the whole process. He even followed up after delivery to make sure everything went smoothly.
