RUN!! Rude customer service and employees. Deserves " zero" stars. Place got broken into, hence the update of paying for their puck up. RUN!! DO NOT STORE HERE.
Let me write a more recent review since there is none for 2018. First of all I have my stuff is in there right now, and once this review is out they better not touch nothing in there. Second they have false advertisement for the indoor storage units it is not 24hrs 7 days a week once they lock the office door you can't get in not even through the gate.
If I could get zero stars I would been with this company since before Prostorage took over ever since it’s been hell not only has it doubled in price god forbid your late that’s an extra $40 added let’s say your going through something god forbid your even later than that that’s another $175 I recently tried to make my payment they sent me a payment link by the time I opened the link it had expired tried calling the next day it was closed so had to wait another day for them to send another link when I opened it…

Jeanie has been so helpful and convinced me to give this place a second chance. Unfortunately, idk what’s going on the last month. The bathroom has the same trash that was there when I was here over a month ago. Still no toilet paper or soap. There’s been an issue with the personal entry codes and having to get a new code consistently from the office is tiresome. Something changed recently and it’s showing in the upkeep. Get it together.

Honestly Bri is awesome, I’ve call the place to asked about the storage prices and storage options like size, what kind of payment options they have or if I have to reservation to rent a storage a head of time. She answer all my questions and a great help with it. I’ll definitely gonna make some time to come in and see it what the storage unit looks.
