Stay as far away from this company as you can. It took 3 months for us to receive our belongings from Connecticut to Florida when they had informed us it would be 6 weeks. Kept calling them to find i when would i receive my things and they would keep giving me the runaround then when I finally received my things and started unpacking I realized a lot of my boxes had been opened and taped back up and they obviously went through my things as I was missing a few things from some of the boxes, also when I connected…

My mother used them for services and all they did was damage the majority of her furniture. Then had the nerve to say we purchased a good insurance to cover the damages I would not use there services ever again they dont consider that they are there to handle the customers personal belongings as if it was there's I am very unsatisfied with the service I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!

Not guranted not good poor service it's been already 4 month since i paid for my vehicle to be ship still nothing since July 19 its October 14 2020 .. When they told me that it would be here in the being of October called today know they are saying that my vehicle will be here the third week of November .. everytime I call is a different story...

Only reason I clicked a star was because I had no other choice. Very messy when I got my stuff back they switched trucks and broke one of my Marbel tables that cost me $3,000 most of my boxes were smashed, alot of broken things. I'm very disappointed in them.
La Rosa del Monte PR are the worst of the worst. 1 star is not low enough on this guys. Seriously their incompetence and unprofessionalism has cost me time and money.... btw I'm still waiting for my things almost a month and a half all because of them!!
