Run away! Our move came in at twice the quoted price. While the men were very hard working, the owner did a bait and switch on the quote, and it went from what was supposed to be 1 day to 2 days. He tried to cheat us on the bill for the second day by changing the labor rate but we caught it and refused to pay it, though he suggested we “pay it and figure it out later”. Yeah right. When I discovered damage on an antique bookcase the day after unpacking and sent him photos by email, I got no response.
Head caution!! Great owners , but the people they hire to move your stuff be careful!!! I had sentimental things and personal things broke, missing , moved out of boxes that were in boxes. And no it’s not just stuff you can get more of , it’s memories. But thank you to Justin and your dad for your kindness.
I wish I could give this company less stars. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Finishline Movers and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. During our move, their crew dropped and severely damaged our dining room table, which was one of the most valuable pieces we own. What made the situation worse wasn’t just the accident—it was how they handled it afterward.
This move was awful. The guys showed up in a rented U-haul that was too small for the move. I watched as the one guy stood in front of me and put on his Finishline shirt. You’re showing up to move someone’s items, the least you could do is show up ready to go. When I only saw 2 guys I was concerned. I had sent Shari an exact list. They needed at least 3 or 4 guys. What sealed the deal that this move was not going to go well is I watched them toss out 3 used TV boxes.

Just wanted to complement Finishline Movers for doing a great job with my recent move. They communicated well thru the entire process and showed up on time! The guys were super friendly and professional. Everything went quickly and their pricing was very reasonable compared to others. Def would use them again.
Finish Line Movers took the stress out of moving! Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating. I needed help packing fragile items and they took care of that for me. Both Jason and Shaggy were so professional and courteous and were very careful handling all of my belongings while packing them, and all of my furniture. I was relieved to know that my belongings were stored in their own warehouse until moving day.
FinishLine movers made our moving much easier. Henry and Antonio were very professional, quick and pleasant. Melissa and John the owners communicate professionally. Scheduling the move also was easy process. I strongly recommend this moving company. Very efficient and professional! Fair pricing! Thanks Melissa and Team!
