I never had a problem being a renter my house doesn’t have a attic so sometimes I need storage as I aquire christmas ornaments or I have a child and then I need somewhere to store the clothes as they grow. The last year has been a horror show. My rent went from $90 to $180 with no notice. I looked at their webpage there is no unit going for that rate. So I call they fix it. Then my fixed storage rate changes every month is a different cost. One month $112, then $122, then $133.

Theres alot of robberies happening here and i say that cause my unit got broken into. After my unit was robbed evey time i came back to check my unit there was a robbery that happened to other units. Just be aware and be cautious coming to this location.

this place is a joke, do not recommend it to anyone. changed hands i believe 3 times while i was there, also price goes up nonstop, they have you insure it, that changes hands constantly as well also price goes up yet no better care for their customers.. So if you just started renting here or are thinking about it, rethink it unless you dont mind constant rent increases.. and i do mean constant.. Dont be fooled by the good price ya get at first, that wont last long.

I had trouble with a different company before and was reluctant to use storage services due to my experience previously. But i can say with confidence that at this JustStorage location I’ve received nothing but the upmost respect whenever I have a question or concern they’ve been super helpful. Last time I went I spoke with a gentleman named Victor he assisted me through the process and gave me a 10/10 customer service .
