Folsom Movers were very unprofessional and unorganized. The movers bragged about stopping at a dispensary on the way to our home and arrived smelling like the smoked on the way. I don’t mind if you smoke weed but not at work. One of them threw our TV into a wardrobe box and broke it and tried to pretend it didn’t happen. They broke our outdoor futon. They were late coming back from their lunch break and took two hours longer than quoted to finish the job. I will never use this company again.
They came, saw how many items needed to be moved, and said they wouldn't do it. They also arrived 2 hours later than scheduled and left without informing anyone. Then they tried to charge a $300 cancellation fee when they were the ones who …
They don’t tell you there is. 3 hour minimum they charge . Until you schedule and pay deposit then in the email confirmation it says it. I got that later on . I told David on the phone she only had one hour worth of work. I was not told anything about 3 hour policy. She thought she would be moving her couple of heavy items for 160. Yet because of them policy they charged her 400 something she had to put on a credit card thankfully she had that. Other then that the movers were very nice and did a good job.
We moved 1 mile away to a new house. The crew wrapped everything up such that when we arrived at the new home we could not identify the item and it took longer than usual for both wrapping and unwrapping, which they did not unwrap several …

We had a great experience during our In-state (California) move with Folsom Movers. Folsom Movers were very professional and transparent with their scheduling and follow up. We had 3 movers who helped us on the moving day. They were very organized given that our destination address was located on 4th floor and were super efficient in moving our furnitures from the truck without wasting any time. I highly recommend Folsom Movers and will reuse them for my next move!

The crew that arrived to move or above and beyond! All were extremely professional and the work they did in wrapping and padding all furniture resulted in no damage any furniture during the move. In addition, there were no marks left on the walls or carpets while moving furniture and other heavy objects. I would recommend this company and utilize them again if I move again.
