Horrible company. They send out 3 guys and 2 can’t speak English and the main Russian was mad from the minute he came to my door. Sorry, moving isn’t fun but I’f u don’t like doing it then get a different job. The main guy (and I have to call him the main guy cause he never introduced himself to me or represented the company) first thing he said was this is gonna take more than 3 guys. Mind you 3 guys moved me into my third floor apartment and all of my boxes were in the room that was designated on the box.

They subcontracted the move to an eastern European run company - Folsom Movers did not disclose this to me. I found this out later myself. 4 guys showed up on time and spoke Russian to each other. The lead mover spoke decent English, the …
Not recommended. They were cheap, but you get what you pay for. They were rushed as they had to get to another house at 2:00 and had to fit our “four bedroom” house stuff in medium size truck and could make only one trip (about 2.5 miles one way). However, my major complaint is our brand new stainless steel refrigerator had two 7-9 inch scratches when it arrived at our new house and they denied responsibility.

I’ve used Folsom Movers twice, and both times were great experiences. The movers do an excellent job with moving everything. They hit the ground running, don’t damage anything, and are very helpful. Both the movers, and the company, are great at communicating and keeping you in the loop. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again with my next move.

Two guys turned up in a big truck with a bag of tools and a few trolleys. In a very short time they emptied my apartment. They were quite careful with the furniture and other breakables. They had thick blankets and fluffy material to pad the furniture during the transport. At the new place, they did a good job of assembly too. Overall, they were super quick and professional.
