Very rude and untrained staff. Have a habit to change late fee rates to pocket extra cash in the hundreds. Bad customer service, relative staff rudely hang up on you if THEIR needs aren't met. Will evict without notice Bad business don't do it.
I don't think anyone works there, they never answer the phones when I call; and nobody in the office when I am on the property. I tried to pay my storage by phone over the Christmas Holiday and couldn't because they do not answer. World gone whack
Drove 60 miles to come to this facility. When I arrived I asked to to use there restroom outside there front door.they stated there is no public restroom Not a good way to conduct business.i guess they want customers to use there hall …
Horrible, on 5-2-20 I found out my unit was robbed and the lock provided by the storage was drilled through. When i brought it up to the staff i was met with nothing other than sorry that happened. …
This lady that works there is rude and a bully. She has homeless people living in the units. They kept my deposit even though I moved out before the new month started.
Kortney a girl at front desk very rude and unprofessional to deal with over the phone. Aside from that very clean storage units.

They're almost OK except for that once I left my telephone locked in the car and they did not have a telephone they could lend me as a customer to find a locksmith around, They sent me to Triple A which was not really what I needed, but other than that I like them
