I have one start So I could tell you all that they are abusive and far beyond rude. Any time I said that he was being rude I was threatened that he would report the truck stolen. When I turned in the truck. He got right up in my face to provoke action. I think this guy is on meth. I would drive 50 miles not to deal with this weasel.
Horrible experience. My initial consultation was great, but when I came to sign the lease for a storage unit the manager intervened. He said that more than 1 person couldn't have access (a lie) to the location, and that I could not use the location to store equipment for professional uses (completely illogical). He went on to tell me further absurdities and incongruities with what I was told the first time I was here.

The customer service team at Fort Knox is AMAAAZING. Moving is difficult in the best of times, and the Fort Knox super-her staff had my back the whole way, especially when U-Haul corporate decided to make things really hard; Fort Knox smoothed the way. I highly recommend this business!
They go above and beyond for their customers, especially during a pandemic and rental trucks being scarce. They did everything they could to find me a truck on short notice and we’re so kind during my tome at their facility! Thanks Fort Knox
Quiet, small but secure. I really appreciate the separate entrance and exit set up. Obscure enough ive passed the entrance once or twice when driving from Buchanan to Railroad as it sits front corner of a small shopping center.
