If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy who claims to be a manager there is so unprofessional he drives a truck lowered he has no idea as how to run an establishment with customer service. they may be clean but he is super rude N no one seems to care. The prices are pretty high but why would you rent there if you dont get what your paying for they harass people. And frankly I moved my stuff out of there. They should really. Consider new employees before they loose more customers . Don't deal with this place.
I am sick and tired of the incessant harrassment by the thug the owner hired recently to mismanage this establishment. I am a long-time renter here and NEVER had any issue with the prior management and staff. As a business management consultant to fortune 100 companies and givernment organizations I state with authority that these people's intimidation tacticts are unacceptable. I have been accused of speeding while people fly by at 3 and 4 times the speed limit in the facility.
Unfortunately my experience there has been a very bad one. I brought it to their attention that there was an overwhelming rat urine problem so much in fact that my property was being permeated with the smell!? 6 months now it's been I've brought it to their attention and have received nothing but inferior responses.. I've been so upset over it in the destruction of my property that I'm having to take them to court. Thus my poor experience!? If there's any improvement I'll be sure to post it.
I have found that if they would rent me a larger storage when I ask them to rather then not !! And then being upset with me when it's fallen into the hallway that would work alot better for me. Being a good paying cash customer for along …

Yea the guy with the lowered truck that parks in the garage next to the office is rude..he be treating customers like thiefs...does the owner know. Harassing them...

The whole building is so clean , no cars parked on the alley way, it has 3 entrances so therefore, you can get in and out with no hassle.. Management are very helpful, bilingual and just nice and friendly!!!
Stopped by over the weekend and let me tell you this storage facility is so clean with great prices. i was helped by Julia the manager there she was so nice and answered all my questions.
