One of the guys moving things into the new house stole $200 cash. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like getting stolen from.That same guy was giving off an eerie vibe, he didnt seem as professional as the others. Also they broke my computer desk.The cabinet is hanging off because they broke it and lost the screws, and my drawers wont go in correctly because they broke the side panel.

Disrespectful of neighbors and law enforcement. They blocked a driveway that four households share, as well as street parking. I waited with my turning signal on in the street for 10-15 minutes while they put up all their ramps, cleared the boxes and stuff from across the driveway, and moved the truck and I had hoped they realized they shouldn’t be parked there. They immediately went back to blocking the driveway.
I am active duty military and this is by far the worst I have ever encountered. The owner of this company by far is the most unpleasant and unprofessional I have ever dealt with. And his assistant is just as bad if not worse. I guess lead by example. This company is THE definition of defrauding the government. Being a contracting officer in the military I know what I was told by the owner and the voice-mail left on my phone was 100% incorrect.

We did a military move. They took a lot of short cuts unfortunately. They rushed to pack us up - it was clear our drawers that we had had organized were just dumped into boxes and crammed down so many items were crushed beyond repair. They unpacked by pouring the boxes back out into piles. We a really hard time communicating with them and our delivery date changed frequently.
I am an active duty military member that has been waiting for my belongings to arrive at my new duty location for a couple of weeks now and so far I have just been left in the dark. I have called multiple times through out these weeks and and no one has picked up any of the phones. I was also not given any tracking information for my belongings. So far this company has been very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Poulos charged almost double what we were estimated. When I asked for a copy of the invoice to better understand the charges, they ignored my request. I asked once more, and they ignored me again. I had an amazing experience start to finish. Everyone was prompt, professional, and friendly. They answered any and all questions I had. I received a call to confirm my address and logistics, a house survey, and then a call leading up to packing day to ensure everything was covered and that we were on the same page. Julio, Mundo, and Mikey packed up my household goods (2bd/1ba). Very diligent and ensured all items were treated with care.
As a military family, we move around often. It’s not all the time you have packers who respect your space during a move. We had a great experience with Immanuel G, Mundo, Oscar, Oscar Jr, and Julio. These gentlemen were extremely professional and did a great job packing and loading up our stuff. They all were respectful and worked hard the entire time and even finished earlier than anticipated. They asked us often if we had questions and communicated really well.
The guys over at Poulos were outstanding for my entire move. Josh Christian and Manny packed everything efficiently and safely ensuring all my belongings made it to my destination safely and intact. Brian was outstanding during the whole delivery process. He showed up on time and got everything moved in and assembled and provided great conversation during it as well. He double and triple checked that everything was delivered and good to go before leaving and made sure no damage was caused during the process.
Carlos and Manny did an outstanding job delivering my household goods. They were professional from start to finish, respectful of my home, and handled every item with care. Their attention to detail and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend Poulos Moving Systems, especially Carlos and Manny.
