WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Faye's was completely careless and unprofessional during our ordeal with them. They lied about their services and charged us significantly more than their estimate. Many of our belongings were damaged, as well as the walls and floors in our house. Avoid using them, and go with a reputable moving company.

Pros: They responded very quickly to emails and were flexible Cons: Unprofessional Inefficient Expensive for quality of work Poor quality of work I don't recommend using Fyre moving for any moving job. I've moved a few times in Philly and NJ and the experience I had with Fyre was uniquely poor. I was moving from a 1 BR apartment into a house 5 minutes away. They charged $780 total including $24 of fees that weren't originally disclosed.

Had high hopes for this place based on the reviews and based on the initial phone conversation. However, on the day of the move the crew showed up 20 minutes late. Then we were told they could not disassemble our daughter’s crib (which we specifically said we needed initially). Following the loading of the truck, we were told all of our belongings did not fit and they would need to schedule a second day to come pick up the remaining items.

We used Frye's Moving Company in NJ, and it was the worst decision ever! They broke their promise of protecting the floor and stairs. They damaged nearly $2,000 of our furniture, and lost our deposit because of the damage during the move. We had extensive damage caused to our new home, and they charged us WAY over their estimate. It was a complete nightmare.

Terrible Service, half of my things were missing. Made a police report, the police said it’s a civil matter. I’ve contacted the owner and let him know, he brushed it off as if I were lying. Do not use this company to move, they will lose or steal your stuff!!

Frye's came out to do an estimate at your home .The move was set up . That day or the next a call was made to our office and someone complained about the price while I was not available and could not be reached due to a family emergency which you were aware of .
They moved my neighbors into the house next door to me. Threw their empty water bottles and trash on my property and left a pile of clothing on the sidewalk. So lazy they couldn’t take their trash with them....
Christine , if you live in Philadelphia and it was late that night, then I do know what happened . Neighbors came out and cursed us out , spit at us , and used language that I wouldn't repeat .

Joe and his team were AMAZING! When searching for movers I was originally quoted ridiculous prices by people who only provided me an estimate via what I told them on the phone. Joe took the time to come out to our home, look at all of our stuff and provide a quote in person. He was $4,000 dollars cheaper than one estimate I received. With all of the cost that come with moving homes, his price fell right into our budget. Joe was fantastic to work with, extremely professional and responsive.

I needed to move the large items out of my father's apartment, but there weren't a lot of them. Frye's guys were right on time and quickly packed the items in their truck to drop them off at my house. Great price and good work. Thanks

This review is about 5 months overdue, but I didn't want to leave these guys without one. Had a great experience with Frye's. The crew was on time, professional, courteous and took utmost care in moving our things. When we got to our new home, turned out the prior owners left some large pieces of furniture in the basement. It was the end of the day on a Friday, and I know the guys were ready to go home.

Hired Frye's for two moves in the past year and a half or so. Once out of my old house and into storage, and again to move my things out of the same storage unit into a new home. Both times it was a breeze getting a hold of Joe on the phone and getting a quick and transparent estimate. The moves themselves went great. Moving out of the house they took care of disassembling furniture and were good about wrapping items in protective film or paper.
