I would never use them again i have them recorded doing nothing on there phones and pictures of them not moving anything for 2 hours and over charged me for it and customer service is horrible a man keeps just yelling at me when I should be the one upset the nerve they charged me 925$ they also stole alot of my items broke my 75 inch tv as well nothing was professionally done. My sneakers in pic is missing as well as others and my Tommy Hilfiger coat and my hair movie projector.

Movers worked hard and they didn’t stop moving. However a lot of my Furniture got destroyed even the things I paid extra to have wrapped. One of which was a special piece and handed down from generations and they offered me another tv stand without a fireplace in place? Not only was it not close in value or appearance but offering to pay me what I paid to fix it would have been better. There were nicks and paint chipped all over plus the back leg was broken off.
I hired this company to move me on March 31st. The movers were terrible. They damaged my hardwood floors. They damaged the floor at my new place. I sent in pictures and an estimate of my floor for the old house. They ignored my calls. (Mark the owner). When he finally called me back, he apologized and said he was worried about his health and, that he would cashapp me in a day or two. He never sent the money! A week later, I still don't have the monies owed. I guess he thinks I won't take him to Court.
Mark quoted me one price and than once I had the movers halfway finish the job the total was completely different. I have photos of what was listed which was exact to what was spoken about so I don’t understand how the price varied so drastically. Then my bed frame broke and it fell on me while I was sleeping that night. I tipped the three movers $50 dollars just because of the labor that was done to now have a broken bed. No compensation.
"One bad apple spoils the bunch" is my experience with Superior Moving. The two men in charge were very organized and directed the other 3 workers. Unfortunately, $240 was stolen from my purse and there was only myself and the workers. That money was intended for their tip. Also a Yeti cooler never showed up at the house. The owner was called twice regarding the thefts, and he never returned the calls. There is a risk using this company.
Their service was terrible. The crew was very rude. They had no respect for our belongings. They broke a lot of our stuff and don't have the common decency to reimburse us for what they owe us. They were late on one day and didn't even …
