Unfortunately I have to change my rating due to not receiving the furniture I purchased on 2/18. I was told the furniture would be delivered within 2 weeks. I never received a call or any update to let me know if there was a delay. The 1st time I called to check on the status of the delivery, I was told the items were in transit and would arrive after the two weeks to receive the merchandise.

Salespeople and managers here just want to make a quick sale. They lie and tell you that you will get items delivered on a certain date then it’s been weeks and weeks and nothing. I’ve had to return items not once but twice because the wrong thing was ordered or it was broken and they don’t bother letting you know. I had to find out from the delivery guys that something was wrong with the order they were delivering and they themselves tell you that someone should have called to let us know.

The staff was so friendly and the furniture met our expectations 💕 Update not even a year and half and our recliner on the loveseat and sofa don’t work. I called and they said that they only give a year of warranty and that I have to pay for someone to come pick them up plus I have to pay the technician to fix it. You pay so much money and not even two years and they give out!!! They lost my business for sure. I would do my research next time! Furniture Row you can do Better!

Friendly, low pressure staff. Beautiful furniture in a number of price ranges. Wide selection of dining options that we were looking for at this time. We went to several furniture stores and liked the furniture here at Furniture Row. UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REVIEW! Went back there for more furniture since we had a positive first experience. This really had the potential to be a 5 star review, but I will go in to detail on that. I first came in looking for some new additions to our living room since my wife and I needed an upgrade to our sofas. On our first visit, we were assisted by a knowledgeable young women (both very courteous) but informed them that we would be making visits to other stores to get an idea of the average price for what we wanted.

Walked in looking for a tv stand with no one else in the store. When we told the sales person what we were looking for she said just walk around and read the tag to see if it fits our needs. Every other furniture store we had been to today the sales person walked us around. Got to know what style size and look we were going for. Not here they had more than 5 sales persons sitting around on their phones chatting which seemed more important than helping us find what we are looking for.

We purchased a purple mattress about 1 year ago . As for us it was one of the worst choices made. Not only was it a very expensive bed , we get the worst sleep toss and turn all night, arms fall asleep. As per there experts this was the best mattress for us and was told bed should soften after use. This bed was one bad purchase we should of looked into other beds.
