Fellow renters at this location, I would like to inform you about loss or damages in your storage unit caused by humidity which Move It Storage will not pay for those losses. The insurance is a fraud and your payments are a loss as well. I used to rent from Move It on West Ferguson before I moved to this location and I didn't have any beef with them till now. I lost $1,200to $1,300 worth of belongings because of a fraudulent insurance. Please be careful. Thank you for your attention, Luis Falcon

This was my first time renting a self storage unit and had a great experience. The owner and Mia are very nice and helpful. I would recommend. Update: good customer service, but they will increase your rent about every 2 months.
