“Completed two power-only loads for Unimex Logistics with all pickup, delivery, and trailer return times fully met as per the booking agreement. Trailer was not delayed, as supported by documented proof, yet payment was reduced and the remaining balance has not been resolved. We are disappointed with this experience and advise other drivers and carriers to be careful when working with this company due to unresolved payment issues and poor communication.”
Broker out their shipments and have not paid for services - many scenarios of deductions for tolls using their own trailer. DNU
Not sure how their service is with the drivers but their logistics and sales team is terrible. They do not know anything about customer service. They don't answer emails nor follow up on the loads, even if you are on top of them they seem …
I swear these people hire anybody. Their drivers are the worst. Teach your drivers some courtesy especially OP197. You don’t park in the middle of the parking lot just because there aren’t any spots. Some of us have work to do.
