The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I recently had the pleasure of using Future Storage for my storage needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service! From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was exceptional. The team was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to my requirements. The container was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. The entire process of moving the container was smooth and efficient, thanks to the expertise and care of the Future Storage team.
What a delightful family and fun job. Thank you Shawn!
Nobody loves to move. But Dan at FutureStorage makes it (almost) painless. Dan is punctual, professional, and personable. He arrived with his new, clean storage bin on time. He carefully placed it exactly where we wanted it. He picked it up after we filled it and securely stored it for us until we were ready to move into our new home. He then delivered it to our new address exactly when and where we asked him too. His rates are very reasonable. In a word, flawless. We recommend him highly.
Delighted to work with you, Ron. You guys are fantastic, and I'm honoured you trusted me.
Future Storage is the only call to make if you require a short or long term container rental. The owner Dan is so accommodating and made a very busy move easy for my family. Fantastic service and very fair pricing. Thanks again Dan!
Pleasure serving you, Brian! Thanks very much for your business.
I can’t recommend Future Storage highly enough. From start to finish, Dan was incredibly accommodating, professional, and responsive. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from coordinating drop-off times to placing the storage bin exactly where I needed it. He even confirmed the details well in advance, which gave me total peace of mind. Watching Dan load up the bin was impressive. He worked quickly, efficiently, and handled our belongings with care.
Wow! Very kind Meaghan. Thank you very much for the chance to serve you and your family.
