Management is very nosey and rude. She was keeping watch on my each and every item I was storing like an inventory so that she could have the homeless people living there go through it at night. Another idiot there right by where I was immediately tried to solicitate his services to work on my car... Seemed like he was running his "repair" gig from there in a large locker. Tons of kids running around the area in and out of lockers... Riding bikes around, playing music, smoking,.. etc. Not good at all...
Horrible place to rent. Prices are too high. The reason we moved our boat out of your facility is as follows. 1. Lack of communication, none, or responds 2 weeks after you email them. 2. Our spot was taken at least 2 times while we were told that if we leave our cones while we are away, our spot is reserved. On 2 different occasions our cones were moved and large campers were parked in our spot.

Worse customer service. Don't care at all. rented a 10 foot truck. Took it 24 miles (was told to fill it back up) filled it up, took 4 gallons. Jerks told me its my fault for over filling and I should have paid attention...even though putting the key in the ignition to see fuel gage is not something you're supposed to do.

The real scammers: I have rented a unit for my car plus storage insurance. During the agreemented, they increased the amount twice. After i came back to take my car, the windsheild was cracked. However, their insurance denied to cover. I love my friends and family to reffer into scamming.

After storing our RV here for a few years with an initial inflated price they randomly and continuously kept raising the storage cost $20 seemingly every few months. Now paying $158 to store our mid size 18ft RV in a dirt parking lot. Will be moving our RV somewhere else. Ridiculous.

I feel my property is safe and I feel safe goin into the facility. My old storage place a popular storage facility was not safe and my unit was broken into and all my valuable possessions was taken. Over $5000 taken from me and not half given back with their insurance. Will never go there again. Gopher storage made me feel safe and valued as a customer, I’m not just a unit, they made me feel like a person, family. Thank you so much for the peace of mind.

Gopher Outdoor and Mayflower sites are good place to store your stuff whatever it may be. I would recommend to anyone looking for indoor, or outdoor storage space.
