Huge mice problem. Couches and mattresses ruined from being chewed through. If you do risk it, be sure to get the insurance and bank on making a claim.
Nick, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, critters such as mice have a way of being a risk to anyone’s homes and business’s etc. We have not had any other reports of rodent activity.
Stay clear of this scam ! They will charge you even after you leave ! I paid professional movers to clean out my storage after sustaining an injury & they continue to charge me for over a year. When you call the employee they have gives you attitude & will not give you a contact for mayflower properties company..

We had this unit for 2 years. They have very poor service. They lose payments, lose credit card info repeatedly, no one is ever at the location, talking with them doesn't help. Our truck is very dirty each time we took it out. There price has risen to be more than most others. Hope this review saves others the hassle of renting here.

Fair pricing, good location, and dry unit. Customer service was always friendly to work with and renting/vacating was a breeze. Can be a bit difficult to make turns around the lot with a trailer on due to vehicles being stored, but you get that just about anywhere. Overall, would use again.

Storage space was easily rented but suffered from being locked in Ice. Took some work and some effort to dry out the space. But it worked and having protected items with heavy plastic bags all turned out well. Access was good. Inspect and protect and all is good.
Robert, I apologize about the ice from the heavy snow season we experienced, it was the 3rd heaviest snowfall on record! It is great to hear with that understanding you had taken extra measures to protect your items and everything went well.
Sheldon and Paula were very accomodating as I needed a parking spot for my car this winter. The location at Dodd /Lakeville is close to my Farmington home and suits my needs perfectly. A more than fair rate throughout my stay from december til next april was very nice to recieve. Thank you very much! Jeff Wolf
