Terrible service. The 2 guys they sent seemed inexperienced. Barely lift my mattress. They threw my mattress rolled up in my pod. Took cushions that are white from the sofa out of its cover; that I specifically placed to protect it from dust and stains. when I asked them to put them back they refused. I told them these are my belongings and I paid for a service I want my belongings handled with respect.

This company did a small/ simple job for me, 2 months ago, moved boxes from truck to storage space. I hired them again for a bigger job, moving from apartment to another. What a mistake it was, horrible service, 2 gentlemen sent by the company, were not movers, just labor who did not know anything about moving furniture! Damaged my furniture! Waste of money and time!! Did not finish the job. We paid them more than we initially agreed, price changed by them.

Simply awesome. Strong, clean, uniformed, good hygiene (trust me, it matters), fast and professional. Both Laura in the office and Juan on the job spoke clear English. Movers had all tools, necessary equipment, blankets and safety harnesses that allowed them to carry heavy items seemingly with ease (see photo). They took great care with our furniture, even wrapped it for us (we provided the green wrapping). Listen, if you gotta move, don't hesitate to call Gotta Move!

Read a lot of reviews before our move. I was surprised how overwhelmingly positive they were for Gotta Move. Now after seeing the hard work and diligence Juan and Ezekial put into our move I could not agree more. They kept us informed, arrived promptly on time and showed a dedication of care and constant determination moving us from a four floor apartment. Step after step with many heavy furnishings and boxes they completed a job in 4 hours I had imagined could never be done in that time frame.

Juan and Ezequiel were absolutely fantastic. This was our second time using them. They were careful with everything and were able to maneuver our large furniture around small corners and up tight stairways. They had tools to help them with the move to make them more efficient. They packed up the truck amazingly and nothing moved during the move. We would highly recommend them for any move.

These guys are worth every penny. They are friendly and courteous and so helpful. My husband and I decided to try to move everything ourselves and we just could not do it all. Gotta I’ve saved the day within a few hours they were there helped us and we were on our way to enjoying our new home.
