Very bad experience with Groupe Goyette. One of their drivers parked his truck in my business's parking lot overnight, causing significant damage to the asphalt (photos attached). Since April 21st, I have left several messages and sent several emails to try to resolve the situation respectfully, but I have received no response so far. I understand that accidents can happen, but the complete lack of follow-up and support is very disappointing.
