Worst storage unit i’ve ever take , pure headache, if u plan on taking a unit here to make ur life easier trust me it will only make kt worse, i had equipments that needed to be loaded on skids and stuff i asked for a unit close to the door, the lady “ the manager” gVe me a unit that is too far from the door that loads on ground level and now my generator wouldn’t fit in there, on top of that i never complained i only came here twice to load things and because the unit is too far back it takes me time loading and…

There is one reason why I dislike Green Storage Aurora – Kelly. I was there for 2.5years running a business, paying almost $10,000 a year. When Kelly was hired, right away I knew she had no customer service ability. Me and Michelle exchanged “hello” everyday and Kelly said nothing, never did. Poor self image. A few months ago, she proved it, she refused a shipment of mine, because I wasn’t there. Company policy is to charge $10 for shipments she receives, she didn’t tell me.

2023. Before you sign and start paying out your money look at the roll up doors. Are they dusty? Are the floors? If so then your stuff will be. Can you contact head office in case you are unsatisfied with billing, snow removal, temperature, or staff. You cannot. There is no way to get someone from head office on the phone. Email them and check the response. When they contact you ask them where they are. They are not at head office. They are at one of the locations.

Good place when it was Aurora Storage but when it changed management and owners to the Green Storage the prices started to go up and also they did some building repairs and did not bother to cover with plastic the tops of each lockers so dust covered everything every where and they just didn't care. Dust covered the hall ways and looker doors and the management really never did anything about it.

Good service, very reasonable access hours (5am-11pm), and a clean building. This is my third time renting storage, and every time I've needed it, the staff have been very pleasant to work with. Easy to sign up, easy to cancel. Always a good experience.
