This lady has such a bad mood, we went into the store and she was already rude and looking at us with disgust. Then she started screaming at us too. I hope she gets fired. Or someone does something about her attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst costumer service ever.
I should have received a credit because the 20’ truck was in for repair and unavailable. I spoke to a customer representative, crying my eyes out! That call took 50 minutes. I was given a 10’ truck and it took three loads to my new residence, 29 minutes away. The added mileage and time it took to have the movers complete the move took two additional hours costing me $200.00 mire and another $59.00 in mileage???? Where is my compensation.
the customer service in the morning was appauling. I arrived at 8:25 and was the only customer on site. I waited while she took care of a phone call for 15 mins. fair. at 8:40 3 othercustomer arrived. she asked if I had a reservation. I said no. she then asked me to step aside so she could attend to the others. I asked for her to clarify why I had to step aside and wait for the others to be served. didn't make sense to me as I had been there for 15 mins .. 10.mins before the arrival of anyone else.
Booked a 10ft truck from this location. Terrible absolutely Terrible customer service. The charges my credit card without my consent as blamed it on the system being down. Told me ill be charged $285 instead took $320 and said oh well too bad. Disgusted by the service and what we had ti go through with them. STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID COMING TO THIS LOCATION. PICK UP DATE 30TH MAY 2026. YOU GUYS SUCK
Booked online 2 weeks ago for a rental. Even spoke to a rep to confirm booking because app wasn't allowing me to. She booked for 24hrs. So pick up 7am and drop off next day at 7am when van was needed next day till 12pm. Then they had nothing available. Would make sense if they would have spare trucks and vans on the premises
The Lady of front desk location at the morning on July 12 is totally unqualified for a position who need to face to the customer directly. Even though the trucks rentals now is fully self served. But for those who need help or first time …
I booked a truck at least a month in advance online and they called me the day before my move telling me the vehicle wasn't available until much later in the day than our booking and we would have to pick up the truck from a further away …
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had booked a trailer to move and they called me 10 minutes before my reservation to say the trailer won’t be available. I had prepared to move and had everything ready to be loaded. THE WORST customer …

A great little U-Haul location in Aurora. It’s clean, organized, and easy to get in and out of. The staff were friendly, and the nice woman at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming. She made the whole rental process quick and pleasant.
I picked up a cargo van around 7:00 pm on Friday. By the time I got to the location there was a line forming behind me and only one staff behind the desk. The young man quickly handled all customers and I was in my truck in minutes. Drop off was even faster.
Great service - young lady helped me connect trailer, check lights on check in & disconnect trailer & check out on return. She also loaned me a 7 to 4 pin adapter when mine didn’t work. Best U-Haul location I’ve been to.

We came from out of town to help a relative move. The truck was great. Typical, basic UHaul van. The staff on duty that day were very pleasant people.
