If I could give no stars I would. Ordered laminate flooring from edmonton and grimshaw delivered. They just left it in my friends driveway and destroyed her walkway in the process. Incompetent drivers. When I went to pick it up it was like something picked out of a dumpster and tossed on the ground. Packaging was opened, the flooring was cracked and scratched, loose boards scattered along the ground. When I called I was cut off and it was blamed on the supplier. They told me to request a refund and hung up.
Received a call from an extremely rude woman asking if someone would be home between 3 and 7 to receive a shipment, I obliged and stayed home for the day. Without so much as a courtesy call no one showed up. A telephone call in the morning put me in touch with the same rude individual that told me it was too heavy for their truck and that it would be my responsibility to unload it.
Would never use them for anyrhing ever again we made arrangements for a pick up time and there was no one there and they made no effort to make up for missing the appointment
Horrible service. Do not care about your parcel. The box looked like it was tossed around in the mud and snow. The tape was torn to shreds. The delivery guys just drop it on your pathway nowhere near your door. Just an all around horrible experience
Terrible customer service. Was told delivery time so I stayed home for the delivery and no one showed up. Highly recommend not using Grimshaw.

Drivers are always friendly and go above and beyond when delivering. Anytime I've called the office the people that answer are polite and never fail to find an answer.
Excellent service, very friendly, and their deliveries are secure. The service keeps improving; I highly recommend them.
