In their own words
Fantastic customer service! Tea (mgr) processed everything smoothly, returned my calls promptly, was very communicative throughout the booking process, & explained everything fully to me. He was even able to pivot to getting me a larger …
We are grateful for highlighting Tea's outstanding service. Your experience reflects our commitment to seamless, attentive care. Welcome to Guardian Storage Longmont!
I went to Guardian Storage in Longmont Saturday to rent a storage unit because I had received several glowing recommendations. I can’t begin to say what a fantastic experience I had! The facility itself is so well-maintained, clean, and secure, I feel very at ease storing my belongings there. And the Property Manager, Tea Thompson, was so knowledgeable, personable, and professional, he made the experience, which I was honestly sort of dreading, an absolute piece of cake!
We are honored to read this! Tea Thompson and our Longmont team take pride in making storage stress-free. Your kind words mean everything to us.
I don't really have any complaints. There is one guy who works there that's pretty rude, I don't know his name. But the other staff are great and the metienece man is probably the nicest of the lot. The bathrooms are clean and they pretty much leave you alone to do your thing. Im a reseller so im there a few times a day either posting listing or packaging up orders to be shipped out.. The units have automatic lights that come on, thats helpful.
Your positive feedback means everything! We'll address the staff concern to ensure consistent service. Thank you for recommending us!

Your positive feedback means everything to us. Thank you for highlighting Tea's exceptional service and our clean, climate-controlled spaces.
