They sneak in your contract, but don’t discuss, the fact that you have to cancel five days before the end of the month, then they make you sign a lease termination under duress to verify that you’ll pay for the next month. Very disturbing business practice. Don’t lease here. Very easy to get you to sign a contract, then the male employee is incredibly rude. Who cares what his name is, just don’t bother using their services. Absolutely disgusting.

**Update 5/13/2022. Lowered review to 1 star** First and foremost I think it is pertinent to call out the blatant lie that is stated in their response to my review. I do not owe them any balance whatsoever as of their response. For the truck rental, the balance I had after returning it was paid in full nearly 2 months ago on March 21, 2022. I have the statements to prove exactly when I paid everything. If I could put zero stars at this point, I would.

Watch out for this place they are thieves. I was told the truck had 5/8 of a full tank and it was really a hair over a half. I brought it back at 3/4 of a tank and when I spoke to the manager regarding a refund for the gas, his response was...."well I can clearly see from your picture it's over the halfway mark" He then said why didn't you come in and talk to me last night.
Money hungry folks here. Customer service is terrible and far from personable. We moved from this unit due to the rate being increased.. paying $95/month for a sliver of a unit. Upon moving out, we left a few items in the unit and the lady …
Do not do business with this storage facility. They are going to try and squeeze as much money out of you with fees and loopholes. Storage units are all over, take my word for it and pass on your this one.
We regret that you lowered your 5 Star review to 1 star because of your failure to read, understand and/or follow the rental contract that you signed. We called you as a courtesy to remind you it was your last day and you failed to vacate the unit knowing that you would be into it for another term…
Aaron at the front desk lacks customer service skills. Likes to make confusing statements and hollow threats upon returning U-Haul. Id recommend going elsewhere.
Be aware of 5 day written notice to vacate. I'm sure they have been paid many extra months as a result of this unnecessary tactic.

Longmont Storage is better than the best of the best !!! Immaculately clean facility, in office and out in the units. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, professional and accommodating. All unit pricing is competitively reasonable and affordable. And on campus additional rental options are super convenient (U haul trucks, trailers, and a wide variety of moving supplies). I've been needing/wanting a small storage space for a while and always meant to drop in and check out Longmont Storage. I've used several other storage facilities in the past, but this one is by far the nicest. It's well laid out and very clean. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price is just what I'd hoped.......totally affordable. I'm really happy with the decision to rent here.

I recently had the pleasure of reserving a storage unit to store my SUV for several months. The staff were very informative and helpful regarding the appropriate unit to reserve. I was an easy process and their prices were a bit less than others I contacted. Will definitely use again
