We just loaded from this company and the dispatch guy Ryan is just rude and inconsiderate. I asked to use the restroom and Bart the warehouse employee was considerate, understanding that I was a female, and told me to go into the office to use the restroom. As I walked in asking about the restroom, Ryan told me to use the warehouse restroom. After I went into the warehouse restroom I understood why Bart told me to use the office restroom.

Moving to Florida! We joked we would use Johnson due to the family name and the fact that we had driven by them for years. They came to our house for the quote on Friday the 4th, as the man was leaving he said he would have it to me by the following day. He was nice, professional and easy going. The process went smoothly. Alas, we had two quotes the day before and earlier that morning. Both got us quotes within 12 hours. Wednesday the 9th rolled around and we had to pass on them for one of the other two companies.

[Timing consuming and dishonest] When I called to get a quote over the phone, the customer service rep would not tell me the hourly rate. He insisted that we have someone come out to do an in home estimate. When I expressed that I didn’t want to spend the time doing an in home estimate, he reassured me that the estimate was binding and the move would not exceed the binding estimate once I signed it. Upon that information I scheduled an in home estimate.

Bad experience. After they picked up my boxes, communication was very slow and it usually took several emails or phone calls to get updates on my shipping. They told me that they wouldn't ship my goods before they hadn't received the full payment (which is ok and understandable!). However, suddenly they asked for an additional payment of 50% (!) of the total amount because the volume of the shipping had doubled. - No further explanation...
Terrible experience, Don't start with these people. Move coordinator doesn't know anything because "United" elsewhere doesn't tell her anything. You run the risk of sleeping on a blow up mattress or on your relative's couch for weeks and they blame it on "tough summer for drivers" We picked the wrong movers

Had a horrible experience with this moving company. They were hired to move us, but we had a change of destination on the date of move, instead of taking it to their storage facility (the distance was approximately the same). The movers …

I had Mitchell and Paxton help me with moving my things into my new apartment and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. I had really large awkward furniture they had to get up a narrow staircase, but did so with ease and without damaging any walls or floors. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, which I greatly appreciate considering I am a young woman living alone. Overall, two great guys that really care about their customer and job!
