I would only recommend this company if you can supervise them one-on-one. We lost several items and had some damaged, including all the boards inside the shelf, the plugs and covers of three floor lamps, the feet of the stainless rack, the handle of our antique secretary desk, a Disney globe, and a picture frame. The moving date got changed a couple of times.

We used Hall Lane Moving and North American Van lines to move from one state to another during summer 2021. If I could give them zero stars I would. The whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish. They misinformed us on how long the move would take. We were told it would only take a few days. Of course, the contract showed a wider range of delivery days, but it was a "formality", according to a salesperson.
Absolutely terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. The crew was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment they arrived. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and had no regard for my home or my belongings. Several of my items were damaged because they handled everything carelessly, and instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they brushed it off. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about people breaking your property and treating you poorly.
These people are terrible! Don't ever use them - unless you want all your items broken. We used them to move tools and household items which the salesman said would be fine. They were supposed to pack a number of items but arrived without enough boxes. They didn't even bring the type of cart you move a refridgerator or washer and dryer with but a simple handcrat to move items equally heavy with. - they brougt a tiny handcart.

The company moved our boxes on 6/26 and initially told us the moving spread is 7/5-8; they told us on 7/1 they would need to deliver on 7/9 and promised to call on 7/8 to reconfirm again. No one called by end of the day on 7/8; when I called back, the person I dealt with at the beginning told me he was in Vermont and had no access to his computer… After I called them irresponsible, he said he would call to see what he could do…I got nothing still.

We are extremely happy with Hall Lane Moving and Storage. . The workers were very polite. They wrapped every item perfectly. Took much care in everything they touched. We have so many fragile items. The workers helped us with everything we needed at our new home. I would absolutely recommend this company. It is a very professional well established company and we appreciate all the care they gave us during our move.

Hall Lane was an absolute pleasure to work with. We worked directly with Richie Schultz who helped us price and coordinate the move. He was friendly and professional and helped us understand the process step-by-step, which was important to us since we’ve never made a big move before. We needed to move our stuff out of an apartment in one city and a house in another - both on the east coast- and then bring that all cross country to Colorado.
