DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were unable to keep scheduled appointment time. The movers did not put anything down on my floors to protect them I ended up with 2 scratches on my hardwood floor. In addition they hit my wall which now needs to be spackled and painted, as well as scratched my wall trim. I spoke with Sophia who ensured me that they would send someone to repair spackle and paint the area. I never heard back from them.
Arrived hours late. The movers themselves were nice no problems there. The problems arose with the professionalism of the job and just basically being decent human beings. My wife ended up being rushed to the hospital during the move for …
Absolutely horrible. I use them in the past and they were good. I called on a Saturday for a quote, was told I would be called back on Monday morning. Monday came and went, I tried a few times because I needed to move! I tried one more time Tuesday and let them know that I would be going elsewhere, still did not return any of my calls! Even if for any reason you are not able to do the job, how could you not have the common courtesy, especially for a previous customer, to not even return a call!
warning - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give them a zero if I could. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company in general. Where to begin...I hired this company to move one exercise machine from one …

I had a great experience with company and the crew. They was on time and professional. They handled all of my belongings with care. I made a mistake and they handled it very professionally and made the accommodations that I needed. The price they gave me also was affordable and cheap. Oh yea no hidden fees. I will use them when I move again. Thanks again
Mike and his crew were amazing They were professional, respectful, and communicated our move efficiently and with great care
Island Movers made my moving experience a breeze. 🌴 From the initial walkthrough to delivery. Sophia’s advice was very helpful in helping me maintain my budget and remained in contact till my pickup date. Their pickup and delivery team was very friendly and professional. My stuff was handled and delivered with care . They even put my boxes where it would be more convenient for me. Michael added a personal touch he set up my dining table. Which I really appreciated in my new home. Highly recommend them .
