Heaven on Earth just moved my mom this week from Humble to south Austin. Before the move Collin (the owner) came and did a walk through weeks before the move to provide us with a quote. The move was supposed to be 1 day and 1 truck. This is unfortunately not what took place. Rooms in the home were left out of the quote and not brought to anyone’s attention until after the move had been completed. My mom also removed 33 pieces of furniture from the home between consignment and junk guys coming to remove items.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Heaven on Earth Moving. It sounds like there were some significant issues with communication during your mom's original onsite. It's disappointing when expectations aren't met, especially when it … More
Left 2 messages about the damages incurred during my move but no return call. Quoted 8 hrs based on a virtual tour but actual was 13. Cost was 50% more than estimate. This was after we boxed up 50-60% of the total boxes ourselves. Time went from 9 am to 11 pm. And the move was just around the corner! Broken items and scratched furniture They packed 8 lb dumbbells in the box with China vase and what do you think happened. Broke! Also charged me for 300 boxes when we boxed up the majority of our PHE ourselves.

movers were trying to hide this and broke my daughter’s crib didn’t even tell me and glued it and didn’t even care that my daughter was going to be sleeping on it.

Such a great company!! From the customer service, to the movers and moving day - all parts of the moving experience with Heaven on Earth were outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them enough. The ladies who help with questions and setting up your service are very helpful. I called with a plethora of questions after using other moving companies in the past and not having great experiences and they were re-assuring and very knowledgeable about the service.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing Heaven On Earth Moving Services! We're thrilled to hear that every part of your experience with us, from customer service to moving day, exceeded your expectations.
We just moved from Houston to San Antonio and let me just say these guys are amazing!!! Gerald and Demarcus worked fast, were very careful with our furniture and boxes, and were so so sweet. We were meant to have more guys help but these two did it as if they had their whole team. I’m so impressed and couldn’t be happier with how this move went. Took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I will recommend them over and over.

Moving out of our old home and into our new one was made incredibly smooth and stress-free thanks to Collin, Whitney, and the entire moving crew. From the first conversation in the office with Collin and Whitney, who were both outstanding in every way, to the day of the move with the amazing crew, every step was handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. Their attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond, and friendly attitudes truly made a difference.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such an awesome review Mr. Cory! We are delighted to have had the opportunity to earn your business and serve your family! Thank you for trusting all of us at Heaven on Earth to assist you with your move. We greatly appreciate your business Sir!
This was the third time my family had used them. Unfortunately, the glass broke in the handmade hutch my dad made during the move. That was on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. The next week, the glass was replaced thanks to Heaven On Earth moving. They did the right thing. I can't recommend them enough. The movers are all clean cut and very nice and professional. Dana and Jessie were great. And we will use them again when we move to our new home in a year.
Thank you so much for your continued trust in us and for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry about the mishap with the handmade hutch, but we’re glad we could make it right for you. Our team takes pride in doing the right thing and ensuring our customers are satisfied.
