This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Took them 9 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment. They were inefficient, broke many of our items and had no regard for anything marked fragile. Also I believe They broke and trashed one of my shelves because it is nowhere to be found. Very unprofessional, one of the movers took a personal phone call for 30 Minutes talking to a lady friend from high school about past and current relations. Only saw 2/3 movers for hours.
The receptionist woman was short with me and does not want to listen to your needs and find a time to book a client. The company has 2 offices - Orlando and Tampa. They do not drive outside a certain distance and online they share the same phone number, which can cause issues. I would not recommend booking with them because they are low in availability.
Couldn’t get past the lady on the phone to actually have them do the work. She started the conversation sounding she doesn’t understand what im saying, put me on hold came back asked few questions, then gave me a price. Which i told her too …
My lady is pregnant right now. Our items were picked up back on August 19th. We are still waiting on them to be delivered. STRESS for a woman can kill a child. I have lost a child in the past because of outside stress the mother was going …

I called them. A woman answered. Automatically knew it wasn’t going to go well. I told her that I need to move a mattress into my new home from Ollie’s, which is 30 minutes away. She said that it would be $335. Lol..

In their own words
I will start off by saying that the movers were very nice and professional. The owner Xavier was awesome. He gave us a good rate. The move went well, however a couple of the guys seemed inexperienced and did not place boxes where they belonged. The owner quickly, rectified it by sending movers back out to our home to organize the boxes and place them where they should have been and he compensated us for the inconvenience. We will definitely consider hiring Hello Movers again.
AMAZING customer service! Xavier was 100% a pleasure to work with and speak to. Very prompt, extremely polite and absolutely passionate about his company! My initial call with a separate representative was a little disappointing BUT LET ME TELL YOU, Xavier got right on the line and saved the day beyond my expectations. They came out the very next morning and successfully moved what I had requested with ZERO problems. I would definitely recommend this company. Great job again, Xavier!
Called on a Monday and they had service set up the next day to move over an hour away. George was friendly and communicated very well. Would definitely recommend
