The very hard working men that moved me were nice and accommodating. Most of my furniture is damaged, they busted the light switch and completely damaged the light remote from the home I was leaving, they charged me double the quoted price without letting me know it would be that much more and had me scan the QR code to review before I could even see my things. The coordinator Karen was so rude from the first time we spoke to the last time.

What started out as a good experience dealing with Karen turned into a terrible experience dealing with the movers. We had been in contact with Karen since October set it up to move December 2.. John came out To our townhouse and gave us an estimate. The job involved a little bit of a walk, which he noted on the estimate also a side-by-side refrigerator and three steel shelves and our garage which he said I didn’t need to disassemble as movers could load them fully assembled.

Stay far away from this company. The positive reviews are incredibly misleading. We hired this company to help load our U-Haul. After they arrived, we asked them to move everything—not just the heavy furniture—and were happy to pay for the additional work. To help lighten the load in the Florida heat, we assisted with carrying items downstairs, following the movers’ instructions on what to move, how to wrap items, and where to place them.

Disappointed, would not recommend. Multiple unknown charges added to my bill: Time: Was quoted 4 hours of business. They arrived at 10am and left at 1:45pm. Got charged 45 minutes extra. Tell me how that's not less than 4 hours. And to that point, I beat them to my moving destination (less than 1 hour) dealing with the same accident on I-75. They arrived 15-20 minutes later at no fault but their own. Then at the end, they sat in their truck and smoked for 15 minutes. Charged 45 minutes extra.

***Bad Service***We have used this company for the past three moves and we had a great experience. This time with three movers instead of the usual two not only did our estimate go up $300 dollars they also broke our light fixture, baseboard, and scuffed up the walls. I would recommended them before today but I cannot in good conscience anymore. By the way, there were zero deductions for breaking our new light fixture, baseboard, or scuffing up the walls. Hire at your own risk.

In truth, id say short and rather abrupt.quite unbecoming what is advertised as such a complete moving co. the co. was looking for a fla worker with a fla cdl lic and previous moving experience,with a current medical card, i was told by a woman within a moment that she didnt think i was qualified?? after working for a national carrier for years. i was wondering what made this person so qualified to judge in less than two minutes???????? is this typical fla verve?????...

Extremely rude! I stopped by their office and the owner slammed the door in my face. Regardless you don't treat people like that, especially when you live in the community.
You went to the owners home, not our office, and kept knocking until her daughter opened the door. She pointed out the "no soliciting" sign on the door and told you not to solicit at their residence again. You were rude to her so she asked you to leave and closed the door.

DBM and Rick did an amazing job with our local move in Lutz. They were friendly and very professional. Communication was on point in asking questions, getting clarifications, and sharing any concerns they had about where wanted items moved. The overall cost was very reasonable and was almost exactly what we were quoted. I highly recommend LOL Moving. It is a great local, family owned business who you can rely on for quality. We used LOL Transport a second time during our current move for more items.

I just moved today to a new apartment and was blessed to have the most sweetest kindest and professional movers on the planet. I have BRAND NEW WHITE furniture and was so nervous about it getting damaged but NO, my furniture was handled with so much care that it arrived in PRISTINE CONDITION. My movers were Will & Derek and I could not be HAPPIER with my results. I definitely highly recommend this moving company and will use them again. I will also request Will & Derek again. They are just the BEST!
