The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Five stars across the board for the gallant group of men who helped move us a state over last Saturday. We hired Herb's Hauling to move the furniture from our rental in Berkeley County to our new place in Maryland. They handled all our furniture and heavy items plus everything remaining that we'd packed, and did it efficiently and carefully despite brutal heat and multiple flights of stairs in the new place (sorry, guys). What really stood out was just how above and beyond they went before and during the move.
Exceptional customer service! Professional, prompt, did an excellent job, and great pricing! I needed two heavy antique dressers moved upstairs via a curved staircase. I called Herb’s Hauling on a Monday afternoon, and Anthony and his team showed up Wednesday morning (Anthony actually offered same day service, except I had scheduling conflicts and couldn’t be available).
Highly recommend Herb’s Hauling. Everything from my first email to the time they finished my move was done promptly, professionally and well! I did not expect it to go as smoothly as it did and I don’t see how anyone could possibly do better. I had 5 storage units with everything from my home of 30 years, from baby pictures to concrete garden decorations. I’d moved the items over a period of 6 months, so it wasn’t all neatly organized, the units all had everything in them.
Fantastic service from start to finish! Customer service put me in touch with the owner right away to ease emergency booking. The owner came back with a reasonable estimate and had a crew out to me same day and quickly. I felt at ease and comfortable around the crew (DJ, Drew, Danny and Martinez). The crew were polite, courtesy and listened to what I needed. Not only did they listen, but they carried out the job seamlessly!
