The rating breakdown
Google shows 15 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 15 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Very happy with the service! Simon was very helpful in coordinating and booking. The movers were prompt, courteous, and professional. We had our piano moved, and they were efficient and extremely careful. Highly recommend.
Hello Caitlin, We are very grateful that you took the time to leave a review. Hercules Moving Company values its customers, and we, the staff, are committed to ensuring that every customer receives excellent service. Thank you for your recommendations, and have a wonderful day!
I would give 10-star rating if I could! Igor was up front and honest with effort and costs. Igor was only mover (from 2-3 other highly rated in the area) to take the time to actually view the property in order to give an accurate (no hidden fee) quote. His staff came to work! They didn't waste any time and were efficient courteous and professional and took great care of all our effects. Lots of horror stories out there when it comes to movers in addition to my own experience...

Amazing company, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the minute they arrived they were professional and hard at work wrapping everything with care. I had 3 drop off locations and everything went perfectly and finished earlier than expected. Thank you to the two movers who worked so hard getting my moms furniture to each destination carefully, and thank you to Shareef for arranging the move successfully, I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know. Thank you!
