My things were picked up for a long distance move from Baltimore MD to Fleming Island FL on 7/26. I informed the company that the first day they were able to deliver was 7/28. Multiple people with the company informed Me that the wait time could be anywhere from 2-14 days for a delivery. I called every other day for an update on My move because no one took the liberty to contact Me. In a new place with no belongings has been stressful and mind blowing at the same time with an established llc moving company.
I looked around found a great price at one of their brokers ( New Start Relocation) to move my sons stuff across the country. I sent pics of all the totes and boxs , told them about gun safe and roller tool box with all measurements. They …

Stay away from this company if you do not have time to waste. Communication is wonderful until you retain them and pay your deposit. On pick up day, your price will go up. Storage price will double from what customer service tells you. For delivery, they give themselves 30 business days from your Ist available day, which was advertised as 10 days. Now, I have to travel out of the country and do not how to receive my items because they are past 10 business days and still no delivery and no update.
I am deducting three stars because I told them that I needed the weight ticket to get reimbursed by my company. The movers were very careful with packing. But the people who took care of the administrative portion kept me in the dark on …

Don't even bother with these movers. Deceitful practices and terrible customer service. Save yourself the disaster and use a reputable company.

I needed to move cross-country and decided to use Home and Office Movers. From Jacob, who initiated the move, to Stephanie, who orchestrated the delivery, everything worked out wonderfully. From the two gentlemen who wrapped, and packed my items in Pennsylvania, to David and Reynaldo, who unpacked the truck in Utah, it was all done professonally and with care.
